At DedCool, we want you to love your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all full-sized fragrances and lifestyle products. Please note that sample packs and limited edition collaborations are final sale to maintain our commitment to sustainability.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original DedCool eco-friendly packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
